Final Sale on Game Top-Ups
- All game top-ups that have been successfully credited to your account are final and non-refundable.
- If you provide incorrect login credentials or player ID during a top-up, and the order is delivered to the wrong account, we cannot offer a refund.
Bonus Top-Ups
- Bonus top-ups are provided at the discretion of the game authority. LioGames.com is not responsible for, and cannot issue refunds for, any bonus top-ups that are not credited to your account.
Liability for Digital Goods
- LioGames.com is not liable for any stolen, misplaced, or misused gift cards or other digital goods. We are not obliged to verify whether a gift card has been properly obtained at the time of redemption.
Non-Refundable Items
- All CD Keys, Gift Cards, Game Points, and Prepaid Card purchases are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Unauthorized charges on your credit/debit card, UPI, or any other payment methods, and the order has not been delivered.
- We are unable to fulfill your order due to a lack of stock or if the item is no longer available.
